I must say, I love it!  The trend looks best when it’s two shades of denim rather than the same shade, in my opinion. I decided to combine a few recipes of spanakopita and replace feta by ricotta cheese (which is more rich in protein) and created this very simple & healthy snack. It snowed again this weekend & this time I decided to embrace the storm!
