Literally blushing – 2 months before the wedding – pressure at it’s highest. And of course being a Working Chix, life is super hectic so triple stress when combined with work & blog! I recently watched a video (HERE) that if you change the way you think about stress, it will change how your body responds to stress. Apparently, if you think that stress is your body’s way of preparing you to meet the challenge, your blood vessels will stay relaxed instead of constricting.
