WEDDING PLANNING IN FULL SWING

The countdown is ON: < 2 months before the wedding! Am I still stressed? You better believe it; but the stress level has definitely been lowered given that almost everything is ready to go & I have some great vendors I fully trust will make my day a memorable one. There are still some details that need to be taken care of and since the devil is in the details, I’m not taking it easy yet (although knowing myself, I won’t take it easy until the big day, lol)! For all future brides (& those last minute ones), here is  list of vendors that have made my life easier & happier :)

Le Selfie Booth

4x6 printoutPhotobooths are all the range at events – they’re a fun way to entertain guests and I just needed one for my wedding! There are quite a few vendors offering this service, but Le Selfie Booth is by far my favourite. They offer quality prints in the shape of real photos but with 2 different photo sizes on each print – as seen on the pic above where me & my mom are goofing off at the Bridal Boudoir event. You can also send a digital copy to your email of course if you prefer. I love the designs, backgrounds & props they offer, but most of all I love the look of the booth: it’s a big inflatable cube (in white or silver)! The whole thing adds glam to the wedding decor and this photobooth fits right in! Can’t wait!!!

Bella’s Treasure

Chandelier_Sparkle_Earrings_grande

Once you have a dress, you need the bling! Bella’s Treasure offers quality jewellery at reasonable prices. Each piece is hand selected by Carmela, the boutique’s owner. No matter your style, Bella’s Treasure has a jewel with your name on it ;) I found my earrings & bracelet set as well as gift for my bridesmaids (the earrings in the picture above). Can’t wait to wear them & offer the gifts to my bmaids!

Hair makes all the difference! Whether you put it up or down, it will change the entire look. As such, its important to choose the right salon (you don’t want to look sloppy on your wedding day)! BLOME is a chic & stylish blow dry bar that offers cuts, colors, blowouts & nail services! I have already had the pleasure of trying out their hair styling services and loved the result. Next week I will be trying out their nail services, so I’ll be able to tell you all about it – stay tuned.

Tenue de Soiree

7-8-2016 11-03-57 AMIf you want that WOW factor – Tenue de Soiree is the place to contact! They are experts in the art of dressing up a room – their creativity & uniqueness is remarkable! They will be taking care of decorating my ceremony space. We are getting married on site so we needed to change the look completely. Since we got engaged in New York, the look will be NYC inspired ;) There are tons of rentals & props you can choose from if you are looking for something specific, but I suggest you let them do their magic by simply telling them your vision – they will make it come to life!

Vista Print

7-8-2016 9-58-50 AMIf you could spend less and get original quality invites, wouldn’t you do it? I heard horror stories from people spending over $1.5K on invites…what!? It’s just paper that most people will throw out after the wedding! Spend that money on the honeymoon chix! Vistaprint offers tons of invitation designs that you can customize to your liking! I customized mine to fit my Movie Premiere theme – check out pic above. You can also order place cards, thank you notes, menus & more! Their shipping is FAST- I mean it, you get your order within days. And if you made a mistake? No problem, they will fix it and re-print without extra charge – their service is impeccable! I made a mistake in my menus (apparently I don’t know how to spell Arugula, lol) but they re-printed and re-sent the very next day! And let me tell you, the price will amaze you; for invitations with envelops, stickers with address, return cards & menus, I spend max $150! :) So I have 1.3K left for a Louis Vuitton bag to purchase on the Champs Ellyses, haha.

Hope you chix found this useful! Can’t wait for the day to arrive!!!
