Cheers to the weekend!  Did you guys do anything fun on Wednesday for St-Jean? We did a little road trip to Sandbanks beach – the only true beach we have that is driving distance from Montreal (roughly 3.5 hours). It’s amazing with its light sand, clear turquoise water & waves! If you follow me on instagram, you’ll see I posted a picture of the beach with me in a crochet kimono :) It was really fun until I burnt by back, lol! I definitely underestimated the Canadian sun! It’s been 2 days I am recovering and it’s still burning – hard to find something to wear b/c everything hurts my skin, but I definitely learnt my lesson now! More sunscreen & less exposure to the sun!

Anyways, enough about that, let’s talk clothes now! This dress is by far one of my favourites! I got it during an event organized by Anik Lacasse for the debut of the Design Lab’s collection at The Bay. The fit & color are perfection – the dress was made for me :P ! Suede is in this season & it’s a perfect transitioning piece into Fall! As for the clutch, I found it at Winners for $10 and I fell in love, couldn’t believe the price! I seriously have been looking for a clutch like this forever, but I was not ready to pay over $200 for it! So when I saw it, I grabbed 2 (the only 2 this Winners had lol), one for me and one for my sister, who btw deserved it for doing this beautiful shoot for me! :)

    Glad you had fun on Sandbanks beach:) I’ve never been there yet, but it’s on my list. We didn’t do anything special, just walked a bit along the Lachine Canal and Atwater market. It was super crowded!:)

    This suede dress fits you perfectly. Love how you styled it with gladiator sandals and tribal clutch (which is definitely a great find)!:)

    On voit un peu partout ce modèle de sandales en ce moment, je t’avoue que je n’ai aps accroché, car j’ai peur que ça me tasse, vu que je susi petite ! Mais portées comme toi, là, c’est vrai que ça rend bien !
