I’ve lived in Poland for the first 10 years of my life and then in Canada ever since, yet I still dread the cold of winter! People always assume that because you’ve always been living in a cold part of the world that you should be used to it; I don’t blame them, adapting to any environment is human, but I found other ways of making it work: warm clothes & the right pair of winter boots does the trick! Hence why I decided to show you guys how to style winter boots to keep your look elevated and your feet nice and warm!
I’ve been a fan of Cougar boots for years – their quality & durability is undeniable and their style & craftsmanship are best in class! I got every type of shoe they make from sandals to sneakers, rain boots to winter boots and I’ve never been disappointed (Check out some of my past posts: HERE, HERE & HERE) !
[Ad] The same is true for these Cougar Dubliner suede winter sneakers (in color Stone)! They’re ultra comfortable & stylish with the faux fur trims and most importantly they’re waterproof & coldproof (temperature rated -24C)!Here is how I style winter boots:
1- Start with tapered trouser or skinny jeans, these are the best options to style with boots as they easily slide inside the boot.
2- Choose your favorite knit – I really love turtlenecks but if you prefer a scoop or round neck, not a problem, just be sure to accessorize with a scarf!
3- Layer the look with the perfect wool coat. I really like belted coats as they accentuate the waist.
4- Choose accessories to match: A snake print bag and a beret or pom hat for extra warmth.
5- Then slip into these Dubliner suede winter sneakers, which are extremely easy to put on and simple to zip up (no lacing required) and go!
Simple, comfortable yet sophisticated and classy! You can easily run some errands in this outfit or enjoy the outdoors, being completely unbothered by the cold & snow!
