Working Chix rejoice! If you’re travelling to or from NYC, you’re in for a real treat: Air Canada opened their new Maple Leaf Lounge at LaGuardia Airport for their premium customers and it’s amazing! Located in the new Terminal B Eastern Concourse, the lounge is located post security & near all Air Canada gates – which takes away any worry of missing your flight!
It is equipped with modern all-Canadian sourced furniture & breathtaking contemporary art reflecting the unique style of NYC, commissioned from Canadian artists. You will be able to find refreshments (both Canadian and local beers, as well as choices of red & white wines), a business center & free wifi! Absolutely perfect for us busy working women, that need to get the most out of their workday, yet do so in style and comfort. The lounge is very spacious and can accommodate up to 150 guests! There a lot of natural light coming in as well, and it just makes the space so enjoyable (also a must when you’re trying to take pictures of the space as a blogger – all pictures featured were taken with my iphone8)!
I had the chance to fly business class to LaGuardia to see and experience the lounge 1st hand and I must say, the experience was nothing short but perfect. From the legroom, comfy seats and good food in the airplane, to being welcomed at this stunning facility, sampling the red wine (which btw was very good) & enjoying the lounge for the evening – the very best experience any professional working woman (or man) deserves. I cannot wait to come back to visit the lounge for NYFW in February! I already loved travelling with Air Canada, and this lounge just confirmed my love for the airline.
