Let’s face it ladies, when it comes to exercise, we tend to classify it as top priority but we tend to treat is as the least important part of our lives. I will admit, I do the same. There are weeks where I am true to my goal of going to the gym 3 times a week, and there are weeks I don’t even get one foot through the door. The reality is that we need to exercise regularly to be healthy, so I started thinking about why my interest in the gym fluctuates so much. I realized the there are two main reasons: 1) I don’t know all the facts – basically, I don’t have a set workout custom designed for me by a professional trainer & I don’t know which exercise to do in order to focus on specific areas of my body that I want to work on & 2) Lack of motivation – if I don’t switch up my workout every couple of weeks, I get bored. But I am also too lazy to draft a new workout. So I decided to stop being lazy & do some research. I found this article, which is basically, as they call it, a Female Fitness Bible! I highly recommend you read it, it’s very interesting & quite an eye opener.

Also, I have recruited my bf to act as my personal trainer and put the article to work. I have decided to go on a 30 day challenge! Basically, I will go to the gym every day and apply this the tips of this article. I will tell you all about it in my next posts.
