We make bad food choices all the time. We pick up coffee & muffins in the morning at a cafe next door, we grab quick lunched loaded with calories, and we have late night dinners. We all know it’s not healthy, but we do it anyway! Sometimes it’s b/c we’re running late, and other times b/c we’re either misinformed or we just simply don’t care. I came across this blog entry on Pinterest and I really wanted to share it with you girls! The list is filled with foods that are not only good for you but also quite delicious. So think twice before grabbing that piece of cake, and opt for a piece of dark chocolate instead!
