It’s September, which can only mean one thing: it’s ‘Back to Work’ Season! Now, they say that the beginning of a New Year is the time to press on the “Reset” button, but I think this time of the year is even better to start over. You’re refreshed after a very well deserved vacation & you’re ready to conquer the world! On the menu: Eating healthier, working out more (to prevent winter hibernation of lbs) and of course refreshing the wardrobe! Two weeks ago, I attended a VIP event held by Reitmans for their top Willow & Thread clients and I discovered something I just had to share with you.

The Willow & Thread collection is a high-end, elevated career line conceived for working professionals (in other words: the collection has been made for us chix)! What I discovered will amaze you: superior quality fabrics from European mills (yes you read this correctly, European), great attention to every little detail( the buttons on the sleeves, the little zipper pockets, the luxe lining), the stretch in the fabric that makes the suits ultra comfy & unbeatable prices (blazer + pants = below $200)!!! When I tried this suit on, I not only loved it or wanted it, I NEEDED IT! The design team even revamped the fit of the pant for this fall line, making sure that they look great on 3 different women who happen to wear the same size but have different body types. And, to be fair, I can honestly vouch for the fit, the pants fit me like a glove, so much so that when I wore it to work, that was the 1^st thing everyone noticed: ‘Wow, you’re bum looks so good in those pants, where are they from”?! Plus, they have a huge spectrum of sizes (from 0 to 22), so you will surely find the right fit for you.

These pieces are completely work appropriate but also very versatile and can be easily mixed and match with other pieces in your wardrobe. You can easily match the trousers with any blouse or blazer for work, or pair the blazer with a dress or skirt. You can easily transition from day to night by pulling the blazer on and off – easy! You can even pair the blazer with jeans for a weekend look – endless possibilities. I cannot tell you enough how excited I am about this discovery!
