After weeks and weeks of -30C weather, we got somewhat of a break this weekend. I was finally able to shed the winter coat and slip into something less cumbersome. I bought this wool coat at Saks and couldn’t wear it until now! I absolutely adore this coat. It looks fabulous with any outfit & it’s still warm enough for close to zero temperatures. Also, I have finally taken my new Dolce Vita Nikka boots for a spin! I got them from Shopbop over the Holidays and I didn’t want to damage them with the snow & salt – I mean look how beautiful they are – I couldn’t possibly do that to them on their 1st day out – lol. Loving these boots – so stylish, yet comfortable.
Given the amazing temperatures this weekend, I finally went skiing. My bf got me a ski lesson to perfect my abilities and I just had the best time on the slopes! Such a great weekend – skiing, hanging with family & friends, shopping and just relaxing. I truly needed a weekend like this to recharge my batteries! I really hope the weather keeps getting warmer and the new Spring Fashions can finally come out of hiding from my closet!
