Summer glow. Omg do I need it – I’m pale as a ghost after being covered up for months! When Summer finally makes a decision to stay put, I will be able to tan a bit using this Clarins Sun Care Milk Lotion Spray – I didn’t use this one yet, but I used the SPF 30 Oil last year and it’s by far the best sunscreen protection ever! I applied tons of it while tanning and got the perfect tan without burning (and I usually always burn given my fair skin tone) so I’m pretty sure this product is great but I’ll tell you more about it once I use it! Below are other products I tried that helped me look alive this week and not scare myself in the mirror (LOL).
Clarins Bronzing & Blush Compact: Ok, so I don’t want to discredit some other bronzers I tired in the past, but this is by far one of my favourites! It gives me that perfect natural tan & brightens my face. It’s very easy to apply with a brush without looking too made up. Sometimes when I apply a bronzer, it applies unevenly & makes it look sloppy, but this one glides on perfectly. Not to mention that it smells amazing! The compact is quite big so I’m sure it will last for a long time – well worth $42!
Clarins Fix Make Up : I tend to touch my face a lot white I work (I blame it on stress) so my makeup comes off during the day. I tried this product this week and it really sets the makeup! It stayed put the entire day, except for my lipstick and some of the foundation from my chin but my eyes and cheeks were intact. It has a nice light floral scent and it’s very refreshing – which will be perfect for those hot summer days (which I hope are coming…) I will definitely carry this around in my purse! Retails for $30.
Clarins Instant Light Natural Lip Perfector – color pink 10 – limited edition : Fluffy & moisturizing texture, soft vanilla scent and cupcake-like sugary taste, not gooey but shiny – that is the perfect description of this lip perfector (which has truly earned its name if you ask me)! It has a light pink color and it’s by far my favourite lipstick/gloss! Retails for $20.
Clarins Waterproof Eyeshadow in 01 golden peach & 02 golden sand: It you like matte eyeshadows, this one it not for you, but if you like a little shimmer that opens up the eyes & stays on all day, this shadow is for you! I never really tired liquid eye shadow before, so I wasn’t sure if it would be easy to apply with a brush but it applied just like any other eyeshadow. It glides perfectly onto the lid & looks simply fab! Each retail for $24.
Simple love Clarins!
