Strom Spa is a real oasis located minutes away from downtown Montreal. As soon as you get to the edge of Nun’s Island, you feel like you’re hours away from the city, in the middle of nature with the view of the St Lawrence river. I just love it when people are passionate about what they do; passion truly shows! Two brothers + huge passion for food = the best grilled cheese sandwich I ever had! Mtl Dwn is not a typical fast food counter, nor is this a typical grilled cheese! I rarely go out of my way for brunch, but La Bistrote is worth the trip! Located at 1510 Notre Dame Ouest this cozy little bistro offers amazing brunch options! You can really taste quality and I find that a lot of brunch places skim on quality b/c “it’s just brunch” but this is not the case at La Bistrote.
