I have really thin hair that falls out a lot – I literally have a hair brush full of hair after a few weeks of brushing, which is clearly an issue. The little blue bears are super cute and absolutely delicious – they’re soft, chewy & taste like berries. It’s easy to remember to take them twice a day since they kinda act like a dessert, lol. They contain goodies such as biotin, folic acid, and Vitamin D plus it’s super cool that they’re vegetarian, cruelty-free, and made in the U.S.A! I’m absolutely loving this product and can’t wait to see the results after I finish the full 3 month pack!
