Strom Spa is a real oasis located minutes away from downtown Montreal. As soon as you get to the edge of Nun’s Island, you feel like you’re hours away from the city, in the middle of nature with the view of the St Lawrence river. The spa’s decor fosters relaxation & tranquility and their facilities are well equipped to provide the ultimate thermal experience. My favourite was their steam room – my body felt so good to have eliminated all the toxins and I felt so relaxed! I also had the opportunity to try out a 60 mins Swedish massage. I work on the computer 24/7 & my upper back muscles get stiff & accumulate a lot of tension, so I asked that the massage therapist to focus on that part of the body. It was one of the best massages I ever had and my back felt brand new! The staff was very nice and professional and catered to my every need. I loved my entire experience and I will definitely be coming back next month!
