Happy Friday chix! The Halloween weekend is upon us, and it’s extra special for me as I happen to be born on Halloween – BOO! I took the day off today to run some errands and relax before this weekend’s celebrations. If you wanna see what my hubby and I will dress up as this weekend, follow my IG stories @working_chix! ;) It’s starting to get really cold out there but I’m still hanging on to the motto jackets – my ultimate weekend uniform! To stay warm, I usually wear a warm sweater underneath and I wrap a thick warm scarf around my neck. This ultra warm sweater from Kensie is my all time fave with the lace up front! And although I’m obsessed with cross body bag, I like to carry a tote bag like this tan David Jones tote to run errands or head to brunch as I can carry my camera and other necessities!

Some of those necessities inside my tote are GOSH cosmetics. I discovered the brand at Pharmaprix and I’m in love! My absolute faves are the 9 shades eyeshadow palette & the Contour N’Strobe kit! Finally an eyeshadow palette contains only neutral colors that I always look for: beige, brown, grey, black – perfection!!! The palette retails for only $14 and I have been using it on a daily basis since I got it! It’s perfect for a daytime look as well as for a smokey eye for nighttime. The colors are nicely pigmented and stay put all day long! The contour kit is perfect as well, it gives me that bronzed glow without looking orange. It contains the highlight, blush and contour in a single compact that retails for $32. Definitely worth a try chix!
