ARDENE X BARBIE X BREAST CANCER FOUNDATION

Shopping for a cause – the best kind of shopping! :) Ardene teamed up with Barbie & the Breast Cancer foundation to create a very special collection – 100% of the proceeds will go towards the cause, so you can shop till you drop without feeling guilty! Last week, I was invited to the #ArdenexBarbie event at their new boutique in Place Montreal Trust to have a 1st look at the collection. The pieces were so cute, I could not resist buying the pink sweatshirt with Barbie written all over it and the white tee with the saying: Pink is the new Black (pic below) – the absolute cutest!!! Perfect gift ideas for Christmas – I took advantage to get mine early, as this special collection will only be available through the month of October. Having someone close to me diagnosed with breast cancer made me realize how real this decease really is & I am proud to have contributed to this cause! The event was an absolute success, with the fun barbie box at the front of the store, where you can step in and be barbie for a split second :P – great touch!

Among other details, there was the vintage Barbie wall – absolutely priceless!
