ALISIA ENCO simply understands fashionable working women! I spent a couple of years in an corporate office setting and anyone who crossed my path would tell you that I pushed the envelop when it came to workwear. I would dress professionally of course, but professional does not mean a squared, oversized brown suit ladies! All you need is the appropriate length, the right fit & structure and some guts to try out new things. Now, don’t get me wrong, I am not saying you should wear a fuchsia top to the office tomorrow! I am simply saying, dare to try that powder blue, that gingham blouse and have some fun with it overall!

ALISIA ENCO designs for working women who take that risk. The brand, created by businesswoman Alice Botnarenco, created a perfectly crafted & naturally woven basic white shirt, which is like the LBD in the corporate world and she added some flare, thus creating personality to an otherwise boring basic. She added graphics & prints to either the body of the shirt or the collar and sleeves. In a nutshell, she created the perfect shirt for me and all my fellow working chix! It was not an easy decision picking from many designs, but I selected this Gingham shirt with white collar & sleeves as well as this navy blue poncho, which I thought together would create perfection – and I was not wrong! The shirt is amazing quality and this is the 1st time for me encountering a size chart works like a charm! If you measure yourself based on the chart’s specifications, the shirt will fit perfectly!
