It’s not easy to just snap into the ‘new you’ once the clock rings in midnight! It’s a nice thought, but it’s easier said than done. It’s been 10 days after the New Year and I did not start eating well or exercising regularly…yet! Today marks the 1st day of that resolution, and it’s ok that it’s about 2 weeks late. There are two great motivators to help you begin: 1 – not fitting into some of your clothes (guilty) & 2- brand new workout clothes!
