I came across this article on the Nautilus blog & I really would like to share it with you ladies. ‘Diets’ don’t work – it’s the simple truth. What works is eating right & exercising regularly. Here are the reasons why diets don’t work:

What does work?
-Balance of 4 food groups – check out Canada Health’s website for more information: http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/food-guide-aliment/index-eng.php
-Reduce the intake of sugar, carbs, trans fat & salt.
-Always read the label! Be skeptical of foods that advertise that they are “low in fat” – check how much sugar is in the food in question. Fat does not make you fat, sugar makes you fat. -Hit the gym at least 3-4 times a week for a min of 30 mins.
Don’t starve yourselves ladies, just eat smart!
