I picked up this book two days ago at the Pharmaprix to get some motivation with my new year’s resolution to work out more often this year. I usually buy the Women’s Health magazine every now and then, but this is the 1st time I see them publish a book like this. It’s full of various exercises that you can do at home when you don’t have time to hit the gym. It also gives you tips on how to find time to work out when you have a very hectic schedule. I am so motivated by it that I hit the gym twice already since I bought it, and I have a crazy work schedule this week. I even tried some of the proposed exercises & will most likely do them tomorrow at home, as it’s going to be a long day.
