Hi chix!
I am really excited to present you with this very first post on the Working Chix website! My friend was kind enough to make room in his studio for my first fashionista shoot in order for me to be able to show you some of this fall’s hottest trends. In my next few posts, I’ll talk to you ladies about all of this fall’s gems, but I wanted to start off with this fun look that can be worn to work – if you work in a casual office, or just to hang out with the girlies. Prints are IN this fall, and skulls are one of the most wanted. Skulls made an appearance in some stores last fall and that’s when I bought this scarf at Zara. I didn’t wear it much because this style came out too early in Montreal and nobody was into it. However, I still liked it & based on the runway looks and European style, I knew it would be big in the next season.
The olive-green blouse translated from last season into this one seamlessly and I still love it. When you’re supplementing your closet with new items, you should start with basics & then add fashion pieces. This blouse is timeless, it will be in style for a while, however the scarf is a fashion piece and will likely lose momentum. So, pick wisely ladies!
